About Us

DOOEL Atlantis Strumica, is a private travel agency established on 24th of May 1995. Atlantis is consecutive member of IATA (International Air Transport Association), and active consecutive member to different associations linked to the travel industry. Currently member of the executive board to the Chamber of Tourism in Republic of Macedonia, Atlantis posses license A for exercise travel activities.

Atlantis main office is based in Strumica, but also there are branch offices:

  • Radovish (active since October 1999)
  • Ohrid(active since January 2004)
  • Bitola (active since November 2005)
  • Skopje (active since May 2008)

Atlantis always took solid place and serious access in the Travel Industry. Since the beginning until today Atlantis is recognized as one of the fastest growing agencies on local and regional level. Recognized by the arrangement of exclusive packages along with professional staff specialized in different field.
The strategy of Atlantis is continuously to improve the quality and service of their products and the main products are:

  • Airline tickets, bus tickets, cruise tickets, travel packages, travel insurance, Fedex
  • Western Union Money Transfer
  • Individual and group excursions, educational excursion for kids and students

With the introduction to a Quality Management System, Atlantis effort is to bring better and bigger responsibility and awareness to our staff when they are doing the every day duties, in order to bring the customer satisfaction to a highest level. We accomplish out responsibility through quality procedure and team work following the quality goals linked with specific processes monitored by the top management.
